We are pleased to announce the upcoming implementation of BidsOnlineTM, a fully automated web-based vendor and bid management system. The system will make doing business with the City easier by providing a searchable online database of current bid opportunities.

 

Currently, the Vendor Registration Form is available for online submissions

 

 

 

Some of the key features and benefits of BidsOnlineTM include the ability to:

 

· Maintain your own company profile

· Receive automatic e-mail notifications

· View solicitations, addenda, plan holder lists, bid results, and contract awards

· Receive automatic addendum notification and submit bids electronically

 

Only vendors who are registered will be eligible to do business with the City. In preparation, the City asks that vendors begin registering by clicking here.
